Our Team
Tess Egan – CEO
Tess joined ACE Technologies in 2009, bringing a diverse leadership background rooted in healthcare and mission-focused work. As she transitioned into the manufacturing and IIoT space, she quickly recognized that lasting success depends not only on technology, but on trust, relationships, and strong partnerships.
Under Tess’s leadership, ACE has grown into a high-performance IIoT organization defined by a people-first culture—one that values collaboration, accountability, and treating both customers and team members like family.
Craig Egan – Chief Engineer
Craig began his career in 1984 as a co-op student at a General Motors assembly plant, gaining early exposure to the technologies that shaped modern manufacturing. A serious illness early in life sharpened his resolve to build something meaningful, leading him to found ACE Technologies with a clear vision: deliver simple, effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges—while respecting the culture of the customer.
Known for bridging advanced technology and manufacturing realities, Craig has developed enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence initiatives, mobility-based logistics platforms, and large-scale industrial solutions across complex environments. Today, he continues to guide manufacturers through IIoT transformations, balancing innovation with practicality to drive progress without disruption.
Jonathan Wise – Chief Technology Officer
Jonathan joined ACE Technologies as CTO in 2026, and brings a unique and valuable combination of integrated OT/IT (Operations/Information Technology) experience.
In previous roles, he’s led product development for embedded industrial analytics, helped define and drive adoption of CESMII’s Smart Manufacturing architecture imperatives, and provided technical leadership at Rockwell Automation, GE, Microsoft and Amazon.
